Terms & Conditions

The client shall at its own expense supply Surge SEO with all necessary documents or other materials, and all necessary data or other information reasonably required by Surge SEO in order to provide the consultancy work.

The Client shall at its own expense retain duplicate copies of all material and insure against its accidental loss or damage. Surge SEO shall have no liability for any such loss or damage, however, caused.

The Client shall provide Surge SEO with access at no cost to such locations and, such information concerning its operation and activities as may reasonably be required by Surge SEO in order to provide the Consultancy Work.

Surge SEO warrants to the client that the consultancy work will be provided using reasonable care although it is acknowledged by the parties that for this contract time shall not be of the essence.

Surge SEO shall have no liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any material or instructions supplied by the client which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the Client.

Surge SEO cannot be held responsible for the lack of inclusion or the position on internet search engines resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of any recommendations, from an increase in competition, from changes implemented by the search engines, or other external influences on the position or inclusion of the client on the internet search engine.

Surge SEO makes no express or implied warranty or representation as to the exact placement or increased placement or any placement on any or all of the internet search engines.

It is not possible for Surge SEO to guarantee an internal search engine position for the client and the client also acknowledges that the services offered by Surge SEO are not the sole influences on the positioning of the client on the internet search engines. Surge SEO will not be held liable for any non-inclusion, drop in position, decrease in website traffic or resulting loss of business, revenue or profits.

The client understands that they are paying for consultation hours and services which are paid in advance and are not refundable.

The user accepts that the website may represent opinions and not fact and Surge SEO is not liable in any way for information that may be offered on the website.

The client may cancel at any time by contacting Surge SEO by email or in writing giving 28 days notice to cancel.

The client may request a refund for any product or service that has not been provided by contacting Surge SEO by email or in writing stating the product or service for the refund and full reasons for the request. All refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Surge SEO retains its copyright of material on its websites and may change the terms by which people may access the site or use the information therein at any time.

English law shall apply to these terms, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
